Menus below are priced based on the number of guests. Most menus will start around 12.00 per person starting with 50 guests. PLEASE CALL FOR PRICES: Each Menu INCLUDES Iced Tea. Depending on menu selected, additional charges may apply for chafer or additional rentals. In most cases, chafers and setup are included. (We want our clients to be happy!!!) If additional servers or helpers are needed, there will be additional charges. PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX. Additional items can be requested for additional charges.

Creamy artichoke dip with sliced baguettes- Artichoke hearts, spinach, romano, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, baked until creamy. Served with toasted French baguette slices.
Pinwheel Sandwiches- Flatbread wrap sandwiches filled with assorted deli meats, herbs, and spreads. Sliced thin, for a pinwheel effect, and served as finger sandwiches.
Mini quiche- Bite sized, flaky pie crusts, filled with assorted popular quiche fillings.
8-Layer Dip- A Southwestern favorite!! Home-made frijoles, green onions, black olives, queso fresco, monterrey and Colby cheeses, fresh cilantro, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole. All assembled in thin layers and served hot with corn chips.
Swedish Meatballs- Spicy meatballs served hot in a rich, flavorful cream sauce.
Southwestern Queso- Our own special Southwestern Queso, made with all fresh ingredients.(NO VELVEETA!!!) and served hot with corn chips.
Assorted Cheese Tray- A selection of domestic and imported cheeses, (Brie, Stilton, etc…) arranged in an attractive display and served with an assorted variety of crackers.
Deli Meat/ Cheese Tray- A popular variety of domestic cheeses along with an assortment of deli meats, arranged in an attractive display and served with an assorted variety of crackers.
Fruit Display- Assorted melons and fruits, served in an attractive melon carving (If season permits) and served with chocolate and raspberry sauces.
Chicken Wings- A choice: Either slow, hickory smoked, or spicy, fried hot wings. Each served with appropriate sauces, and with condiment tray. (Celery, carrot strips, etc…)
Spring Veggie Sushi- Seasoned, stir fried Spring vegetables rolled in Nori wraps with sticky Japanese rice, and served with spicy wasabi and soy sauce.
Stuffed Mushrooms- Bite-sized mushroom caps filled with a mozzarella, romano, parmesan cheese, green onions, and bread crumb stuffing. Baked in a delectable butter sauce.
Mini Egg Rolls- Bite-sized egg rolls, served hot with spicy wasabi, sweet and sour, and soy sauce.
Cocktail Sausages- Tiny sausages, served hot in a tangy barbecue sauce.
Fajita Bar- (Only with the 15.50 and up menus. COUNTS AS 2 SELECTIONS) Beef/ Chicken Fajita meats, smoked and then seared to perfection. Served with sautee’d onions and peppers, warm flour tortillas, and all the fixin’s.
Baked Potato Bar- (Only on 14.00 and up menus) Baked potatoes wrapped in foil, served with butter, sour cream, chives, cheese, and bacon bits. (Clients can make special requests for additional items such as: Smoked meats, broccoli, etc…)
Salad Bar- Romaine, Bibb, and Ice Berg lettuces, served with an assortment of veggies and salad fixin’s. (Depending on client’s request) Served with a variety of home-made dressings.
